Key Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns
• Collaborate with agencies, content creators, and influencers on resort-wide social strategy
• Work with other business units to develop and implement social media plans
• Set up and manage reporting: social listening, crisis monitoring, and campaign performance
• Manage community engagement, including responding to comments and inquiries
• Plan and execute always-on social media boosting
• Serve as the main point of contact for regional influencer functions, including product seeding and partnerships
• Manage influencer activation: travel, budgeting, asset delivery, and market coordination
• Partner with agency/Manager to compile weekly and ad-hoc performance reports
• Track competitor activity and emerging platform trends; share insights with internal teams
• Create original content and appear on camera as needed

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in social media and influencer management
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Excellent communication, writing, and quantitative skills
• Experience with content management or social media analytics tools
• Strong project management skills (scheduling, budgeting, communication)
• Video editing skills required
• Bilingual preferred; influencer/media PR background a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
