Job Summary

Lead and develop teams to achieve departmental goals through effective supervision, strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance team performance and conduct regular performance reviews to support professional growth
• Manage hiring and training processes to build a skilled and effective workforce
• Plan and execute departmental goals aligned with organizational strategy to drive operational success
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
• Handle budgeting, allocate resources efficiently, and control costs to optimize financial performance
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, senior management, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local Singapore regulatory standards to maintain operational integrity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field relevant to the specific industry
• 3 to 8 years of relevant working experience with prior leadership or supervisory background
• Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management abilities
