Position: Marketing & Sales Executive (Food & Beverage Services)

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and F&B services.

• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, online promotions and advertising.

• Promote menus, special offers, events and new F&B products to attract customers.

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and business partnerships.

• Manage customer enquiries, corporate accounts and business leads.

• Coordinate with the operations team to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Monitor customer feedback, market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.

• Track marketing and sales performance and prepare basic reports.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, corporate clients and business partners.

• Support activities aimed at increasing customer traffic, brand awareness and overall F&B revenue.
