• Prepare and coordinate tender and quotation submissions for engineering and project works.

• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, BOQ and scope of work.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates and pricing.

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project, Sales and Accounts teams for tender preparation.

• Prepare tender clarifications, technical queries and submission documents.

• Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements, specifications and submission deadlines.

• Conduct basic cost analysis, quantity take-off and material estimation.

• Assist in preparing project schedules, method statements and other technical documentation.

• Monitor tender opportunities and maintain proper records of submitted tenders.

• Attend tender briefings, site visits and clarification meetings when required.

• Support management in reviewing tender risks, costs and commercial terms before submission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or related field such as Electrical or relevant discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, proposal or engineering-related work.

• Familiar with tender documents, BOQ, drawings, specifications and cost estimation.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

• Good understanding of technical and commercial aspects of project tenders.

• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight tender deadlines.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
