Tanggungjawab

As our full-time Retail Assistant, you will work closely with the Nateskin sales team to operate our retail outlets around Klang Valley. (1 Utama, Suria KLCC, Sunway Pyramid, Mid Valley Megamall, TRX, IOI Mall Damansara, IOI City Mall, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Present and demonstrate Nateskin’s products
  • Listen and understand customers' wants and needs to recommend suitable products.
  • Engage in meaningful interactions and build relationships with customers.
  • Constantly build product knowledge and actively share this knowledge to existing and potential customers
  • Work closely with Managers to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Give recommendations to managers for areas of improvement of sales tactics, on-going promotions, and product improvement.
  • Provide training to future sales staff
  • Be required to work on some weekends and Public holidays during a pop-up week
  • Handle merchandise display
  • TikTok and Reels: To be involved with some TikTok/IG Reels content, when required.
  • Any other special projects or assignments that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the Company.
