Responsibilities

• Handle project administration, including authority submissions, EOIs, tenders, and fee proposals.

• Manage project correspondence, records, filing, and document control.

• Coordinate with project directors, architects, clients, consultants, and site teams.

• Support ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 audit preparation and documentation.

• Handle general office administration, meetings, calendars, vendors, and procurement.

• Support HR operations for project staff, including timesheets, payroll, leave, and benefits.

• Assist with ad-hoc administrative and office improvement tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum O Level, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, HR, or related field.

• At least 2 years’ experience in project or administrative roles; architecture/construction experience preferred.

• Strong organisational, communication, and follow-up skills.

• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Able to manage deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and confidential information.
