Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

This role will need to support Business Change Manager in creating and implementing change management strategies and training plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance

Apply structured methodology

• Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

Support communication efforts

• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Support the preparations and engagement sessions with users and stakeholders.

Assess change impact

• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

Develop change management strategy

• Develop engagement strategy and determine enablement activities.

Stakeholder management

• Obtain alignment with stakeholders
• Obtain support from key functions to facilitate the execution of engagement and enablement activities

Support training efforts

• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Execute plan

• Ensure execution as planned and adjust plans as required

Track & Report

• Execute and track progress of engagement and enablement activities
• Identify and report risks and issues that could impede goals
• Provide status updates and reporting to programme/management forums.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Min Diploma Holder
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening
• Familiar with project management approaches and tools
• Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 Years
• Start Date: Immediate
• Key Skills: managing vendors & stakeholders, project management, trainings, reporting.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different working styles and personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Meticulous with good focus on details
• Experience in billing, finance and healthcare industry would be an added advantage
