Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor architectural works at the construction site.

• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications and details.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical and site issues.

• Ensure architectural works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of works.

• Take site measurements and verify completed works against drawings.

• Coordinate and follow up on shop drawings, material submissions and samples.

• Monitor material delivery and ensure materials are in accordance with approved specifications.

• Identify site discrepancies and coordinate the necessary rectification works.

• Assist in preparing progress claims, measurements and supporting documentation.

• Maintain proper records of site activities, inspections, measurements and approvals.

• Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and ensure smooth work progress.

• Attend site meetings and provide updates on architectural work progress.

• Follow up on outstanding architectural works and ensure timely completion.

• Ensure all works comply with relevant safety, quality and project requirements.

• Perform any other duties related to the project as assigned by the Project Manager.
