• A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) test engineering, showcasing a deep understanding of the testing landscape.

• Proven track record with wafer‑ or die‑level ATE testing systems. Familiarity with NI Semiconductor Test System (STS) and Accretech probers will be a significant plus.

• Experience operating both 200mm and 300mm probers, along with proficiency in handling package parts to ensure smooth workflows.

• Knowledge of RF testing, particularly key RF measurements such as Linearity, NSD, and EVM, is necessary for successful execution of projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in debugging and enhancing ATE hardware and software systems to improve overall testing efficiency.

• Previous product engineering experience, especially with ATE coverage, margin, and binning, will give you an edge in this role.

• Ability to identify ATE hardware-related issues proactively, contributing to faster resolution and enhanced operational performance.

• Strong data analysis skills are essential, alongside experience applying statistical process control methods to drive improvements.

• Proficient in using NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand for efficient test program development.

• Familiarity with statistical process control methodologies and software to monitor and improve quality standards consistently.

• Excellent command of English is crucial, enabling you to effectively collaborate across diverse global teams, fostering a cooperative environment.
