Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities:
- To provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by GB Network Solutions
- To provide guidance to clients for products & services offered by GB Network Solutions
- To troubleshoot errors related to hosting related services (Windows & Linux)
- To monitor servers’ performances
- To ensure servers are working on optimum performance
- To reply to clients via Helpdesk
- To answer and reply to phone calls on Technical related issues
- To perform weekly & monthly server maintenance
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology /Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Linux, Windows Server, Networking.
- Preferably skill(s): SQL, DNS, Programming.
- Required language(s): English
- Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Knowledge of/Experience with Web Hosting is a plus
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
- Applicants must be willing to work on shift (2 shift).
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
