We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall management and operations of a TCM clinic in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Employment: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the TCM clinic
- Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans
- Manage clinic finances, budgeting and business performance
- Oversee staff recruitment, training and performance management
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers and business partners
- Develop marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore laws, regulations and operational requirements
- Manage business development and expansion initiatives
- Liaise with government agencies and other external stakeholders when required
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 15 years of relevant management or business operations experience
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Experience in healthcare, TCM, wellness or related industries will be an advantage
- Strong business development and management capabilities
- Able to work independently and lead a growing business in Singapore
