Job description:

Vessel Management
Maintain accurate and organized department records and files.
Monitor vessel licenses, docking schedules, maintenance, and surveys.
Liaise with authorities for renewal and application of vessel certificates and related documents.
Coordinate vessel movements and site operations.
Track and acknowledge vessel documentation and outgoing correspondence.
Support the Head of Department and site team in daily vessel and project activities.
Contribute to the development and operations of the Marine Department, performing related tasks as required.

Crew Management
Arrange crew sign-on/ sign-off and manage crew movements.
Prepare documentation for crew arrivals and transfers from airport to vessel.
Handle submission of new and renewal work permit applications.
Prepare and submit crew agreements, seafarer certificates, and related documentation.
Liaise with HR for new crew registrations (Bank, Merchantrade, EPF, etc.).

Other Duties
Provide support to executive functions during absences.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: STPM or Diploma.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Must own a car and hold a valid driving license.
1–2 years of experience in a Marine Department is an advantage.

Working days & hours:

Mondays - Fridays: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Saturdays (Alternate: Week 1 & Week 3 only): 8.00 am to 12.00 pm
