JOB SUMMARY:

Leads the commercial strategy, revenue generation, and market positioning. They direct proactive sales, digital marketing, public relations, and events teams to hit occupancy and revenue targets across rooms, corporate accounts, and food and beverage services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual sales, digital marketing, and pricing strategies tailored to the competitive hospitality market.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of sales managers, event coordinators, and marketing personnel.
• Revenue Optimization: Analyze local market trends, competitor behavior, and channel data to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
• Account Management: Secure and expand relationships with key corporate clients, government agencies, and travel trade partners in Malaysia.
• Budget Oversight: Control departmental expenses and draft accurate short-term and long-term revenue forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of progressive hospitality sales and marketing leadership experience, ideally within branded upscale or 4-star properties.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in revenue management, digital campaigns, local corporate networking, and commercial leadership.

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
