Marketing professional to join our dynamic sales team in Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless coordination between our clients. The Marketing function is essential to our business, as it bridges administrative efficiency with sales excellence, enabling our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers in the financial.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a, sales administration, or similar support role, preferably within the finance Services industry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or sales management software
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all administrative work
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanour and strong interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving capability and flexibility in adapting to changing business needs
• Knowledge of freight, shipping, or logistics processes is preferred but not essential; willingness to learn is important
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant administrative or sales support experience
