• Position: Assistant Project Engineer – Technical Projects & Site Coordination
• Location: Yishun
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day
• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday: 8.00AM to 12.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 7-14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established logistics and engineering services company seeking a Project Assistant Engineer to support project coordination, technical documentation and site activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with engineering drawings, schematics and BOM preparation.
• Review technical specifications and support basic calculations.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers and progress reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship and safety.
• Assist with equipment/material inspection and testing.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate when required.
• Report site progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good coordination, documentation and communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
