We are a small and friendly company looking for a Junior Admin & Sales Support staff to join our team.

No prior experience is required. We are happy to consider candidates who are willing to learn, have basic computer skills and, most importantly, have a positive attitude and initiative.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform basic data entry and administrative duties
• Prepare and maintain simple documents and records
• Assist with sales and customer-related administrative work
• Answer and make occasional telephone calls
• Follow up on simple enquiries when required
• Assist with filing, quotations and other office tasks
• Support the team with ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to communicate in English
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Able to work independently after training
• Good attitude and reliable
