Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer support through multiple communication channels.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally via phone calls
• Respond to customer enquiries through Live Chat and Email
• Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction while meeting operational KPIs

Requirements

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Minimum SPM / SKM Level 3 or above
• Able to communicate well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates without prior working experience are welcome
• Able to work on 24 hours rotational shift and on weekend

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM1,900 - RM2100

Additional Allowances:

• Night Shift Allowance (Up to RM300/month)
• KPI Performance Allowance (Up to RM400/month)

Working Schedule

• Rotational Shift (Morning / Afternoon / Night)
• 6 Working Days
