We’re looking for an energetic, organised and hands-on Event Marketing Executive who enjoys bringing ideas to life through events, roadshows and consumer activations.

Your Mission

Plan and execute engaging events and brand activations that strengthen SBL’s brand presence, connect with consumers and support business growth.

What You’ll Do

Events & Brand Activation

• Plan and coordinate roadshows, exhibitions, pharmacy activations, consumer events and product launches.

• Manage event preparation, setup, on-site execution and post-event follow-up.

• Create engaging consumer experiences through sampling, activities and promotional campaigns.

Vendor & Manpower Coordination

• Coordinate venues, event organisers, vendors, booth contractors and logistics providers.

• Coordinate promoters, part-timers and event manpower.

• Ensure everyone and everything is ready before the event starts.

Event Logistics

• Coordinate products, samples, POSM, equipment, gifts and other event materials.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.

Budget & Performance

• Obtain quotations and track event expenses.

• Monitor event results such as attendance, engagement, sampling, leads and sales.

• Prepare post-event reports with results, photos and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Business, Public Relations or related discipline.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with around 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

• Passionate about events, marketing and consumer engagement.

• Energetic, organised and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to handle multiple tasks and solve problems on the spot.

• Able and willing to travel for events and activations.

• Willing to work on weekends and outside normal working hours when required for events.

• Experience in events, roadshows or brand activation is an added advantage.
