 Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Quality Management, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant QA/QC or F&B experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP, and Halal requirements.
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in basic office productivity and documentation tools.
- Possess own transportation and be willing to travel to retail outlets when required.
- Experience in QAQA/QC, Food Safety, F&B, or Retail is an advantage.
- Experience in auditing, inspection, and corrective action follow-up is an advantage.
- Experience working with retail outlets / operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, GMP & Halal.
- Basic QA QA auditing and inspection skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

 Position Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular retail quality and food safety audits to assess outlet compliance with established standards, SOPs, hygiene requirements, product specifications, and operational controls.
   2. Monitor product quality and retail execution to ensure consistency in food safety, product handling, storage, preparation across outlets, and identify potential gaps or risks.
   3. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, incidents, and quality investigations, and verify the effectiveness and timely closure of actions
   4. Communicate food safety requirements, quality standards, and best practices to outlet teams to promote consistent understanding, implementation, and compliance.
   5. Analyze quality data, audit findings, complaints, and incident trends to identify recurring issues, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide relevant reports and recommendations.
   6. Act as the key liaison between Operations, Supply Chain, Academy, and other stakeholders to drive effective implementation of quality and food safety programs.
   

Secondary Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the development, review, and implementation of QA standards, SOPs, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality awareness and compliance across retail operations.
2. Maintain, update, and revise relevant documentation, procedures, records, and reports as required.
3. Perform any other special project/ task assigned by superior/ management.
