• Handle operational queries between clients, internal teams and service providers
• Manage freight rate requests and negotiate pricing where required
• Coordinate with service providers on rates, service levels and operational issues
• Ensure shipment information and operational processes are accurately maintained in CargoWise
• Monitor shipment quality and ensure operational procedures and service standards are followed
• Work with international offices to understand and develop airfreight trade lanes
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Support and mentor junior team members / learners
• Maintain accurate operational and statistical information

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in airfreight import and export operations
• Good understanding of logistics, warehousing, customs and freight rates
• Experience with CargoWise is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Good communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and service providers
• Proactive, energetic and willing to take ownership
• A strong willingness to learn and take on responsibilities beyond your immediate role

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This role offers exposure to key accounts, international trade lanes, service providers and end-to-end airfreight operations.

You'll be joining a team where initiative, accountability and continuous learning are valued, with opportunities to broaden your experience and take on greater responsibility as you progress.

If you're ready to move beyond simply processing shipments and want a role where you can take ownership, solve problems and grow your career in airfreight, we'd like to hear from you.
