We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage sourcing and purchasing activities for our carpentry manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure materials (e.g. plywood, laminates, solid wood, hardware, fittings)

Compare supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules

Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to factory

Liaise closely with production team to ensure material availability for projects

Maintain supplier database and evaluate supplier performance

Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials when required

Track orders and resolve delivery discrepancies or quality issues

Support cost control and budgeting initiatives

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

2–4 years procurement experience (manufacturing / construction preferred)

Familiar with carpentry materials is a strong advantage

Good negotiation and vendor management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
