Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact on all matters relating to website maintenance and enhancements.

- Lead requirements gathering and analysis, working closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and technical requirements.

- Convert business requirements into well-defined functional specifications and implementation plans.

- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and enhancement requests across the entire project lifecycle.

- Plan, track and manage project timelines, resources, risks, dependencies and deliverables.

- Ensure web services comply with agreed standards for availability, performance, security and quality.

- Supervise the implementation of website enhancements, including template modifications, content optimisation and system improvements.

- Coordinate testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and secure the required approvals before deployment.

- Liaise with hosting, security and technical stakeholders to facilitate smooth operational support.

- Collaborate with the Operations Support Engineer to address security-related enquiries and ensure responses are provided within the required compliance timeframes.

- Ensure adherence to Government ICT policies, Digital Service Standards (DSS), IM8 requirements and relevant audit requirements.

- Prepare and maintain regular project progress reports, issue logs and utilisation reports.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, change management records and handover documentation.

3. Relevant Platform Experience

- Experience overseeing website maintenance and enhancement projects, covering requirements gathering, project planning, release coordination, issue management, and stakeholder and vendor coordination.

- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), website content governance, release management and enhancement planning.

- Experience managing Sitefinity or Sitecore websites hosted on the Government Content Website Platform (CWP) will be considered an added advantage.
