What you'll do:

As an AI Solutions Architect based in Petaling Jaya serving the APAC region, you will be at the forefront of transforming business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can add measurable value. You will architect comprehensive solutions that span from initial concept through prototyping to full-scale production deployment. By integrating advanced models such as LLMs and RAG-based applications into enterprise workflows, you will ensure that every solution is not only technically sound but also aligned with organisational goals. Your expertise in MLOps/LLMOps will be crucial as you oversee deployment strategies, monitor performance metrics, manage versioning processes, and optimise applications for scalability. • Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions tailored to complex business requirements across multiple APAC markets.
• Define comprehensive solution architectures covering models, large language models (LLMs), data platforms, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms for each project, making informed build-versus-buy decisions based on scalability and security.
• Incorporate cybersecurity measures, data protection protocols, and responsible AI principles into every aspect of solution design to safeguard enterprise assets.
• Develop and deploy robust AI/ML and Generative AI applications into production environments, ensuring reliability through monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Prepare real-world datasets for integration into models while collaborating with engineering teams to embed solutions within existing enterprise systems.
• Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices including deployment strategies, version control, lifecycle management, monitoring, and optimisation for performance.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-value use cases where AI can enhance productivity, decision-making processes, or customer experiences.
• Scale successful prototypes into production-grade enterprise solutions by establishing standards for architecture, security, monitoring, and governance.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners while supporting internal teams in building their own AI capabilities.

• Proven track record in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions into live production environments beyond proof-of-concept or academic projects.
• Extensive hands-on technical experience with artificial intelligence technologies including machine learning models and generative applications such as LLMs or RAG-based systems.
• Advanced programming skills with proficiency in Python; familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or GCP is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of solution architecture encompassing data pipelines, APIs integration points, system interoperability requirements.
• Practical experience implementing MLOps or LLMOps practices covering deployment strategies, monitoring tools, evaluation techniques and lifecycle management protocols.
• Expertise in preparing real-world datasets for model development including integration tasks that ensure seamless operation within enterprise systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity best practices as well as data protection regulations relevant to responsible AI implementation.
• Strong business acumen enabling translation of complex business problems into scalable technical solutions that deliver tangible value.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders across technical teams as well as managing relationships with external technology partners throughout project lifecycles.
• Regional exposure or multi-country experience within APAC markets is considered advantageous for understanding local nuances.
