Job Description

Direct enterprise security risk governance, cyber risk intelligence, and third-party risk management frameworks across global investment operations. Partner with technology infrastructure leads, Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), and portfolio management teams to assess cyber vulnerabilities, establish key risk indicators (KRIs), manage vendor security compliance, and align institutional security posture with stringent regulatory standards set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Security Risk Framework & Strategy: Design, execute, and govern the enterprise security risk appetite framework, overseeing risk identification, control assessments, and risk treatment strategies across global tech platforms.
• Cyber & Technology Risk Assessment: Conduct rigorous risk evaluations on emerging technologies, cloud deployments (AWS, Azure), artificial intelligence tools, and core trading systems to identify architectural and operational vulnerabilities.
• Third-Party & Supply Chain Security: Lead third-party risk management (TPRM) programs, evaluating the cybersecurity posture of critical vendors, software providers, and outsourced partners.
• Incident Response & Threat Intelligence: Oversee cyber incident escalation protocols, perform root-cause assessments for high-severity security events, and integrate threat intelligence feeds into operational risk models.
• Regulatory Compliance & Board Reporting: Manage compliance with the MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) Guidelines and Cyber Hygiene Notice; prepare high-level risk dashboards and governance reporting for executive committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–4+ years of progressive experience in security risk management, IT risk governance, or information security within major financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, or global technology multinationals.
• Certified security and risk qualifications required: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
• Deep working knowledge of MAS TRM Guidelines, ISO 27001 standards, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and global data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR).
• Exceptional analytical capability, crisis communication skills, and executive stakeholder management ability.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
