JOB SCOPE VACANCY (2 ADMIN)

Technical & Costing Admin

• Identify machine parts and spare parts required.
• Check part number, specification and compatibility.
• Source and compare machine/part prices from suppliers.
• Prepare cost comparison for customer back charge.
• Prepare supporting documents and quotations for back charge.
• Coordinate with technical team regarding machine parts and repair requirements.
• Follow up technical-related issues with suppliers.

Technical Operation

• Procurement & Documentation Admin
• Prepare and submit Purchase Request (PR).
• Issue invoices for customer back charge, spare parts and related services.
• Place orders for spare parts and technical items.
• Follow up purchase orders, delivery status and outstanding orders.
• Handle and follow up warranty claims with suppliers.
• Maintain records of invoices, PR warranty documents and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding orders and warranty matters

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Technical, Mechanical or related field.

1–2 years of working experience in administration, technical support, costing or procurement is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Able to understand and identify machine parts and technical specifications.

Good analytical and comparison skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.

Willing to communicate and coordinate with technicians, suppliers and customers.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
