Kelayakan

  • Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance are highly encouraged to apply. 
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience. 
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as AutoCount or SQL Accounting is a strong advantage. 
  • High level of accuracy and meticulousness when handling numerical data and financial information. 
  • Good fundamental problem-solving skills with a strong willingness to learn and develop practical accounting knowledge. 
  • A collaborative team player who can also take ownership of routine assigned tasks and complete them reliably with minimal supervision.
  • Immediate availability or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist in processing daily accounting transactions, including handling invoicing, issuing payments, matching receipts, and updating ledgers.
  • Perform routine data entry for financial transactions, ensuring all entries are recorded accurately and on time in the accounting system.
  • Assist the senior accounting team with bank reconciliations, monthly closing procedures, and the preparation of basic financial reports.
  • Maintain highly organized physical and digital accounting records to ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Monitor accounts for discrepancies, resolve routine payment issues, and escalate complex anomalies to senior finance staff.
  • Liaise cooperatively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients regarding standard payment updates and basic accounting inquiries. 
  • Support the broader finance team with ad-hoc accounting tasks and administrative duties as assigned by management.
