Job Summary
You will support daily business operations by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers and suppliers, and assisting management with operational and staff coordination activities.
Responsibilities
Support daily business operations by coordinating administrative activities to ensure smooth workflow
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate transactions and resolve inquiries
Prepare accurate business documents including quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports for operational and financial use
Maintain detailed records of sales, purchases, inventory, and operational activities to support business tracking and reporting
Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock movements and deliveries to maintain inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment
Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, deliveries, and service requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in preparing management reports and operational updates to inform decision-making
Coordinate staff schedules and daily work activities in support of supervisors and managers to optimize team productivity
Manage emails, phone calls, documentation, and general correspondence to maintain effective communication channels
Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational requirements to uphold standards and policies
Identify routine operational issues and escalate them promptly to supervisors or managers for resolution
Perform data entry, filing, documentation, and record keeping to maintain organized and accessible records
Carry out additional duties as assigned by management to support overall business needs
