The Role

Driving credit excellence across a dynamic corporate banking portfolio:

• Deliver end-to-end Credit and Capital Management servicing, ensuring seamless and consistent outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide credit structuring, analysis and rating recommendations in support of Relationship Managers
• Conduct client outreach, financial analysis and credit monitoring as part of a unified first-line credit management function
• Collaborate with Coverage and Transaction Support teams to ensure a smooth, predictable client experience
• Act as First Line of Defence, upholding rigorous control standards and risk management practices
• Participate in deal discussions and client meetings, contributing to credit application and renewal processes

What We're Looking For

A commercially minded credit professional with strong analytical credentials:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
• 5-8 years of corporate lending experience with sound credit knowledge and strong analytical skills
• Solid understanding of wholesale banking products and financing instruments
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment at senior levels
• Clear grasp of credit risk principles, policies and regulatory compliance
• Effective communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence across all levels
