Role Senior RPA Developer.

Location: Malaysia.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, test and deploy attended and unattended automations using UiPath
• Studio, Orchestrator and the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework).
• Own end-to-end delivery of automation use cases — from process assessment and
• PDD/SDD documentation through to UAT, production deployment and hypercare.
• Debug complex production failures: UI selector errors, application timeouts, queue stalls,
• credential/session issues and environment-related faults.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes
• rather than repeated retriggering.
• Administer UiPath Orchestrator — processes, queues, assets, credential stores,
• triggers, robots, machines, folders and role-based access.
• Manage and optimise the unattended robot / VM fleet for concurrent execution,
• throughput and high availability, including licence allocation and housekeeping.
• Build resilient exception handling, retry logic, logging and alerting so failures are
• detected and escalated before backlogs accumulate.
• Integrate automations with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, databases and
• native connectors, reducing reliance on screen scraping where feasible.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides, and
• support incident and change management processes.
• Enforce coding standards, naming conventions, version control and reusable component
• libraries; conduct peer code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers, business analysts and interns, and provide technical guidance
• to vendor resources.
• Work with business analysts and process owners to assess automation feasibility,
• estimate effort and propose optimal solution designs.
