Job Description

• Manage KYC (Know Your Customer) and Due Diligence (DD) processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management on business operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance matters.
• Support corporate governance and compliance activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, commercial agreements, letters, and other legal documents.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure compliance policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
• Handle other legal, compliance, and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, corporate law, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
