Kerja Sepenuh Masa Engineering Assistant Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,500 di WSA ENGINEERING SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Has experience in Engineering at least 3 years (automotive industry would be an advantage)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work at Rawang, Selangor
• Preferable candidates that have APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC knowledge

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure all testing activities comply with specific standards and/or customer requirements.
• Identify, plan, recommend, and complete technical programs leading to innovative applications of new products and technologies in accordance with customer requirements, as well as meeting the Quality, Cost, Delivery & Engineering target.
• Review and verify all reports and documentation completed by the team.
• Mentor, train, and develop subordinate staff.
• Monitor the four sections in Engineering (R&D, Development, Design & PMO)
• Introduce and set up new technology machinery for production.
• Improve process methods to increase productivity and quality.
• Arrange all members' work systematically and create teamwork environment.
• Communicate with suppliers to improve sourcing.
• Attend meetings related to the department.
• Follow up and ensure departmental matters are resolved on time.
• Prepare related documents for the department.
• Contribute to data collection and analysis.
• Undertake additional assignment/jobs from superiors from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
