We are seeking a Supply Chain Operating Manager who thrives on solving complex challenges, connecting the dots, and turning supply chain strategy into business results.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end supply chain execution across demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and customer priorities. You will anticipate risks, influence decisions, mobilize cross-functional teams, and drive actions to deliver customer and business commitments. You go beyond reporting what happened. You anticipate what could happen next and lead the actions required to stay ahead.

You bring clarity to complexity, connect insights to decisions, align stakeholders, and maintain ownership through execution and closure.

• Own end-to-end supply chain execution, aligning demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and customer priorities to deliver business commitments.
• Drive demand, supply, and shipment performance, proactively addressing constraints, critical backlog, and recovery actions.
• Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks, developing contingency plans and leading cross-functional escalations through resolution.
• Optimize inventory and lifecycle readiness, balancing working capital with supply assurance across NPI, ramps, transfers, transitions, and EOL.
• Turn data into decisions, using insights, scenarios, KPIs, and trade-offs to drive timely business actions and operational performance.
• Champion operational excellence, driving accountability, simplification, automation, continuous improvement, and sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations, with strong end-to-end operational understanding.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with demonstrated problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capability.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive complex issues through resolution.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable customer, revenue, inventory, or operational impact.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to translate complexity into clear actions and decisions.
• Proactive and resilient, with strong ownership, accountability, customer focus, and execution discipline.
• Ability to think strategically while executing with operational discipline, balancing short-term priorities with longer-term business objectives.
• Demonstrated continuous-improvement mindset; experience with Lean, automation, or process transformation is an advantage.
