Provide excellent customer service by ensuring smooth dining experiences, maintaining service standards, and supporting daily front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and preparing the restaurant for service.
Respond to guest enquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and company standard operating procedures.
Support team members and supervisors in day-to-day operational tasks as required.
Maintain a positive attitude, accountability, and a growth mindset, actively seeking learning opportunities.
Job Requirements
Prior experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Team player, willing to learn, and open to feedback.
Valid Basic Food Hygiene Cert is a plus

6 days work week, rotating shifts (9am - 11pm)
