Sepenuh Masa Assembly Technician Comet Semiconductor Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Iman Fairwork - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product assembly according to the required assembly sequence and work instructions.
• Operate and handle assembly tools, fixtures and equipment correctly.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and identify issues during the assembly process.
• Carry out minor rework or repair on units when required.
• Follow PMS Work Instructions and ensure the correct assembly procedures are followed.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of assembly fixtures and workstations.
• Maintain 5S standards at the assembly workstation before and during the shift.
• Organise tools and equipment according to the required standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving assembly-related defects or failures.
• Read and understand schematics, assembly drawings and technical documentation.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Record and report assembly issues accurately.
• Assist the Engineering and Quality teams with failure analysis and troubleshooting when required.
• Prepare or assist with Failure Analysis Reports when necessary.
• Follow all company requirements related to quality, safety and production.

Job Requirements

• SKM Level 3 or Diploma in:
• Electrical
• Electronic
• Mechanical
• Mechatronics
• or other related technical fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic or mechanical assembly.
• Basic knowledge of using hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Willing to support overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in electronics, semiconductor or manufacturing is an advantage but not mandatory for suitable candidates.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
