Job Scope:
• Register patients and verify patient information
• Schedule, reschedule and manage appointments
• Handle patient enquiries and provide frontline assistance
• Assist patients with self-service registration / payment kiosks where required
• Manage payments, billing and cashiering duties
• Assist with patient flow and queue management
• Liaise with doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff to support smooth clinic operations
• Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing and documentation
• Provide support during consultations or procedures where required
• Handle phone calls and appointment enquiries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with patients and healthcare staff
• Basic computer skills and able to use clinic/hospital systems
• Customer-service oriented and patient
• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Possess at least a Nitec in any field
