About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Change Management Officer to support business and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will play a key role in driving successful organizational change by managing stakeholder engagement, communication, training, business readiness, and process improvements to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute change management strategies and implementation plans.
Conduct change impact and business readiness assessments.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption.
Prepare communication materials, presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and user guides.
Organize workshops, training sessions, and awareness programmes.
Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
Support project teams by integrating change management activities into project plans.
Monitor user adoption, stakeholder feedback, and project progress.
Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and post-implementation reviews.
Identify change risks and recommend continuous process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, Business Transformation, Operations, or Digital Transformation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in business process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Professional certifications such as Prosci, ADKAR, PMP, or PRINCE2 are an advantage.
