As our E-Commerce Manager, you will serve as the strategic lead for our online sales channels, focused on driving revenue growth and elevating the digital customer experience. You will oversee platform performance, spearhead digital campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize product visibility and conversion rates.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to accelerate online revenue and maintain a competitive market position.
• Platform & UX Management: Manage our e-commerce infrastructure to ensure seamless user experiences, high site performance, and optimized conversion funnels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and merchandising departments to refine product content, site functionality, and overall sales performance.
• Campaign Execution: Drive traffic and customer retention by planning and executing digital marketing initiatives in close coordination with the marketing team.
• Data Analysis & Innovation: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights while identifying emerging technologies and strategies to scale operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of e-commerce professionals while ensuring full compliance with data privacy, security, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in e-commerce management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the fashion or footwear industry.
• Technical Expertise: Deep familiarity with leading e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and proven experience with Google Analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Professional Skills: Exceptional project management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
