Manufacturing industry
is seeking a
Precision/ Spring Machine Operator
to join their dynamic team:
Employment Type:
Permanent
Position:
Precision/ Spring Machine Operator
Location:
West (Transport Provided)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 12-hour rotating shift
Salary Package:
Basic + Allowances + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Set up tooling and operate machines according to production schedules and requirements.
Program and run machines to meet production quantities and specifications.
Troubleshoot common tooling issues, including arbor and cutter burrs.
Coordinate with QA for setup qualification and work-in-progress checks.
Perform daily machine inspections and maintain accurate production records.
Handle material coils, including changing, scanning, recording and returning materials after production.
Monitor machine utilisation, production output and rejects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
At least GCE “N” Level with minimum 1 year of experience operating Precision Spring machines is preferred.
Experience with spring manufacturing processes and machine operations.
Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings and production records.
