The Role
You will manage a predominantly musculoskeletal, sports and spinal caseload while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
You will be expected to:
Independently assess and diagnose patients
Develop and implement evidence based treatment plans
Deliver hands on manual therapy and rehabilitation
Prescribe and oversee exercise rehabilitation programs
Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication and care
Collaborate closely with doctors, specialists and allied health professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Work closely with our operations and marketing teams to optimise patient experience and practitioner growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
Full AHPC registration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, motivated and team oriented attitude
Passion for high quality patient care and clinical excellence
Ability to build rapport with patients and medical professionals
Fluent in English
Private practice experience beneficial but not essential
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary from S$7,000 per month
High commission structure with earning potential exceeding S$20,000 per month
CPD allowance and ongoing educational support
