Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, based in Puchong. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct market research, engage in customer acquisition efforts, and provide excellent customer service to enhance relationships. Responsibilities also include supporting sales initiatives and collaborating with team members to meet targets and promote client brands effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse audience
• Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
• Sales and negotiation skills to drive customer acquisition and conversion
• Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in analytics tools and familiarity with trends in the marketing industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a marketing or sales role is an advantage
