Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage strategic partnerships, and develop go-to-market plans across the platform’s core verticals. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, leading discovery calls and product demonstrations, negotiating commercial terms, and driving deals from initial contact to close. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, and data teams to refine value propositions, gather market feedback, and support pilot programs with key clients in financial services, HR, education, and health. The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to revenue forecasts and strategic planning.

Compensation

100% Performance-Based Commission

• There is no income cap.
• Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Experience in partnership and account management, with the ability to build long-term relationships across financial, HR, education, or health sectors.
• Understanding of AI, data-driven products, and digital platforms, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in clear business terms.
• Strategic thinking and market analysis skills, including the ability to identify new segments, evaluate opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in virtual collaboration and remote work tools.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet targets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in emerging markets or unbanked populations, or in fintech, HR tech, edtech, or health tech, is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
