ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the chef in preparing and executing food items according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in portioning and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift and carry out thorough cleaning at the end of each shift in line with hygiene standards.
Accurately prepare ingredients in advance to support smooth kitchen operations, ensuring freshness and quality at all times.
Support in inventory checks, proper ingredient storage, and restocking as needed to ensure seamless kitchen workflow.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, promptly addressing any issues that arise in the kitchen.
Any other duties as assigned by Management
