F&B Supervisor

The F&B Supervisor is a hands-on operational leader responsible for overseeing the daily Food & Beverage operation from Front of House to Back of House. The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service awareness, operational flexibility, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be actively involved in both service and operational tasks to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent F&B operations.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Oversee and coordinate daily F&B operations across both Front of House and Back of House, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, guide and support the team by setting a strong example in customer service, work standards, teamwork and professionalism.
• Ensure all food and beverages are consistently prepared, presented and served according to established quality and service standards.
• Be actively involved in kitchen operations, including assisting with food preparation, production and other operational requirements when necessary.
• Monitor inventory, conduct receiving and stock management, and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
• Source and purchase fresh ingredients and operational supplies as required to support daily operations.
• Assist in menu preparation, menu execution and the development of operational requirements for F&B activities.
• Coordinate and prepare F&B operations for events, functions and special activities, ensuring all operational details are properly planned and executed.
• Be a true all-rounder — stepping into different areas of the operation whenever required, whether it is serving customers, supporting the kitchen, handling stock, preparing for an event or solving an unexpected operational issue.
• Respond effectively to last-minute changes, ad hoc requirements and operational challenges while maintaining service quality and team morale.
• Take ownership of problems and actively seek practical solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, workplace safety and operational discipline throughout the F&B areas.
• Support the management team in achieving operational, service and business objectives.
