About the Role As a Media Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for media planning across key product areas. Working closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and external agency partners, you will drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale brand and performance media programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Media Planning: Serve as the media authority for designated product lines, translating marketing objectives into high-impact media strategies.
• Agency Leadership: Lead day-to-day agency operations to ensure execution, long-term strategic alignment, and adoption of the latest advertising solutions.
• Campaign Management & Quality Assurance: Oversee large-scale campaign rollouts with a strong focus on operational efficiency, troubleshooting, and rigorous QA.
• Thought Leadership: Develop POVs, track competitive insights, and establish best practices to drive media innovation and efficiency across teams.
• Data & Performance Insights: Analyze 1st and 3rd party data to uncover audience trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize future media investments.

Key Qualifications

• Media Expertise: Proven track record of managing large-scale media campaigns (agency or client-side) with a deep understanding of the media buying landscape and success metrics.
• Data & Operations Focus: Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage complex datasets across multiple sources and prioritize competing projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience collaborating effectively across dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams and managing key executive stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Self-starter with high detail orientation and demonstrated troubleshooting and QA capabilities.
