We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Site Executive / Technician cum Handyman to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and workers, and handle basic technical, repair and maintenance works. The ideal candidate should be practical, reliable and able to work independently at various project sites.

Job Scope

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and work progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers and project team.
• Carry out basic repair, maintenance, installation and handyman works.
• Handle minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct site inspections and report defects, issues and progress to management.
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety and proper housekeeping.
• Assist with material handling, delivery and installation works.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
