Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Company: CODACA ELECTRONIC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500/month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation through delivery.
• Follow up with purchasing teams and suppliers on product availability and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate shipment and delivery arrangements with customers and relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate customer, order and delivery records.
• Handle routine customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Assist with after-sales service and follow up on customer feedback.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service or a related discipline.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, sales coordination or business operations.
3. Experience handling customer orders from order confirmation through delivery, including order tracking and customer updates.
4. Experience coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery, product or order-related issues.
5. Ability to manage multiple customer orders and follow up proactively on outstanding matters and delivery schedules.
6. Good understanding of basic commercial documents such as quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
7. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
8. Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
