QAQC Manager- Civil & Structural (Data Centre Construction) - Johor Bahru (Construction Multinational)

A QAQC Manager - CSA in data centre construction oversees the rigorous quality assurance and control of building foundations, steel structures, envelope, and interior fit-outs. They ensure the facility meets standards and prevents defects before hardware is installed.

Key daily responsibilities for this role include:

• QAQC Management: Managing QAQC department for the data centre construction project.
• Quality Planning: Developing tailored Project Quality Management Plans (QMP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and defining project-specific KPIs.
• Site Inspections & Audits: Leading QA/QC teams to audit earthworks, structural steel, concrete, waterproofing, and architectural finishing works against strict standards.
• Defect & Deficiencies Management: Identifying, logging, and tracking Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent rework.
• MEP Coordination: Ensuring the architectural and structural envelope seamlessly integrates with critical MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
