Job Description

Role Summary:
The Merchandising Executive will support product merchandising activities by managing product assortments, analysing sales and market trends, coordinating with suppliers, and helping optimise product performance across retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage product assortments based on sales performance and market trends.
• Analyse sales, inventory, and merchandising data to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on product availability and launches.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities.
• Assist with pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
• Prepare merchandising reports and provide recommendations to improve sales.
• Coordinate new product launches and ensure products are presented effectively.
• Work with internal teams to support merchandising strategies and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in merchandising, retail, buying, or category management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good understanding of retail products, sales performance, and inventory management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
