Requirements

• Knowledge of the Strata Management Act 2013 and related regulations.
• Proactive, responsible, and possess good communication skills.
• Experience in building maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Able to attend to breakdowns, identify faults, and resolve issues efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Preferably below 45 years old.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Able to work independently and handle tasks responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Attend to maintenance works, breakdowns, and repair works.
• Manage and attend to all work orders promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary checking and repair works.
• Troubleshoot building maintenance issues and ensure problems are resolved efficiently.
• Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates on property maintenance matters.
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant government authorities and agencies, including DOSH (JKKP), Energy Commission, Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), and other relevant authorities.
• Handle phone calls and respond to enquiries related to maintenance matters.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
