Job Description:

• Supervise the daily operations of the F&B outlet.
• Lead, train and guide service and kitchen staff.
• Ensure good customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Monitor staff attendance, work schedules and performance.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Manage customer orders, POS/cashiering and payment transactions when required.
• Monitor stock and inventory and coordinate ordering of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant food safety regulations.
• Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving smooth and efficient daily operations.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in F&B operations or food service supervision.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage and supervise a team.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety requirements.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
